Nicole Snyder is a director whose diverse professional experiences and proven financial expertise have added value to the firm's intellectual property engagements. Through her public accounting and senior financial industry positions, Ms. Snyder has gained significant intellectual property experience including intangible asset with valuations for both audit and tax purposes. In addition, she has deep knowledge of patents, trademarks, and other relevant IP matters in her work with joint venture contracts, due diligence efforts, royalty agreements, merger and acquisition projects, and product development engagements. In addition, Ms. Snyder has extensive experience with cost accounting, forecasting and budgeting, and financial statement analysis.

Ms. Snyder primarily manages litigation support projects, including the determination of lost profits and financial damages arising from disputes in a variety of industries for both breach of contract allegations and insurance recovery claims. Also, Ms. Snyder has performed sophisticated analyses for business contracts, tax return filings, and financial reporting and projections, often using her deep experience with database management to efficiently and effectively serve her clients.
