Mark Medwig, manager, brings nearly 15 years of diverse professional experience to the firm, including matters involving intellectual property, business valuation, economic loss, and litigation support. Mr. Medwig's intellectual property experiences include patent infringement litigation and analyses to determine potential exposure for products that are at risk of infringing another entity's intellectual property. Mr. Medwig also has performed numerous valuations of intellectual property for financial reporting purposes, including valuations of trade names, customer contracts, customer relationships, patents, and developed technology. In addition to his intellectual property experience, Mr. Medwig has considerable experience in a broad range of engagements, including business valuations in numerous contexts, analyses of financial damages involving lost profits, breach of contract claims, personal injury, wrongful death, employment-related matters, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Medwig worked for two small CPA firms, providing tax, accounting, valuation, and litigation support services to a variety of clients. In addition, Mr. Medwig served as an international tax consultant for Price Waterhouse, where he provided services to a diverse client base in numerous industries. |
