Tom Krahe, manager, has more than seven years of public accounting and auditing experience and brings hands-on technical expertise to the firm. His experience includes accounting and valuation of goodwill and other intangible assets obtained in mergers and acquisitions or internally developed. Mr. Krahe also performs impairment analyses required under FASB ASC 820. Also, he has been involved in researching, modeling, calculating damages, preparing trial demonstratives, and other analyses in numerous IP cases. Dedicated to exceptional client service, Mr. Krahe serves public, private, and non-profit organizations and offers a unique perspective on IP issues. In addition, his experience involves other relevant areas of expertise, including litigation support, valuation, and forensic accounting.

Mr. Krahe has worked at both the Pittsburgh offices of Grossman, Yanak, & Ford LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP. In addition to his audit and assurance work, he has experience in matters related to compliance auditing, financial consulting, and litigation support for a diverse roster of industries, including manufacturing, construction, professional services, and non-profits.
